What is this workshop about?
The ability to write well and concisely is an important business skill. In Australia, it has been estimated that executives and other writers in organisations spend between 30 and 80 percent of their working time in writing tasks of one kind or another. Unfortunately, also, CEOs and managers say they spend an inordinate amount of time rewriting and correcting their employees’ letters and reports. In a business climate that puts a high premium on productivity and cost-effectiveness, such rewriting is a terrible waste of knowledge and skills, and it’s a big waste of money.
