Welcoming Change

Our programs are research-based, results-driven, people-friendly

Duration  1 day

Change is a problem to most organisations – and yet, change must happen for organisations to grow and to survive.  This workshop focuses on preparing your leaders and managers to prepare the organisation for change, and to manage the flow of the change process. The intention is to go further than limiting resistance, by looking at what it takes to have change welcomed. This program is not about change - but about preparing the people in the organisation for change.

Who would benefit from Welcoming Change

Managers and team leaders who are expected to act as change agents and advocates.  These managers would be involved in both disseminating information and implementing change processes.  This workshop would be particularly beneficial to your organisation if you are intending to implement significant changes.

Objectives of Welcoming Change

At the end of the workshop, your delegates will be able to relate the pressures for change to their own organisational situation.  They will be able to identify why change so often fails, and understand how to use key aspects of successful change.  Delegates will have discussed human psychology during enforced change and practiced interactive situations that arise in these change scenarios.  They will have developed a plan for their own systematic approach to change, know how to apply the skills learned here, and be able to monitor change processes including receptivity and tolerance during change.
