Team Effectiveness
For any organisation to flourish, people need to work in harmony not against each other. Businesses can fail or at least be less efficient or less profitable if individuals work in isolation - or - worse - actively against others.
This course is designed to give an opportunity for staff members who are required to work together to get a better understanding of each others' needs and develop as a cohesive team rather than fall into being just a group of individuals. It’s about measuring and improving ‘effectiveness’
Who will benefit from Team Effectiveness’
Anyone who works within a team, or within a group that is trying to become a team, or someone who is about to join a team, or anyone who supervises a team.
