Strategic Processes
The disconnect between strategic planning and actual performance has been shown to have a strong relationship to a basic core strategic skill - ‘quality of conversation’ When this is improved, all other strategic processes improve with it (empirical support). It is a part of each process, and connects them.
Furthermore, a full strategic stream of processes will include the plan for implementation, monitoring, and assessment / review.
