Scenario Planning
It would be nice to be able to predict the future and plan to be ready for it with the right resources and intentions. In the absence of the crystal ball an option is scenario planning. With scenario planning there are several very different futures described. The organisation can then consider how it could begin to be prepared for them. Available in two forms, the first form is a course that explores the process that the team can follow. The second form not only explores the process, but also simultaneously facilitates the scenario planning process.
