Resilience

Low resilience means there is limited ability for an individual to bounce back from long term stress or a sudden hard knock.  Hard knocks and Stress at interpersonal levels, detailed elsewhere on this site (personal stress), will be managed better when there is personal resilience.

This course is aimed at members of an organisation where the organisation wants to improve member resilience as part of overall stress management, or as part of organisational resilience development.  Existing levels of personal resilience can be measured by instrument, as can levels following training, allowing a before and after comparison.

Who will benefit from Resilience training

Members of any organisation where there are setbacks.  Any organisation that wishes to incorporate it as part of Employee Assistance Program response or preparation training.
