What is this workshop about?

This workshop incorporates skills and tools for the demanding task of writing reports.  These reports may be incident reports, project reports, investigation reports or audits.  The workshop can be customised to suit particular requirements for specific organisations.  The workshop focuses mainly on writing for different audiences, identifying key issues, objective style and tone and writing in Plain English.   The workshop also includes a short refresher segment on grammar and punctuation.
