Recruit and Select

This course helps set up and conduct a system of recruitment and selection that is rigorous in the legal sense and fair on the organisation and the applicant(s). These processes must be defendable in terms of being just and fair, while giving the selectors enough valuable information upon which to distinguish between applicants in meaningful ways.

“Do you have someone on staff who, if you knew then what you know now, you wouldn’t have hired?”. The intention is to keep these mistakes to a minimum because they are very expensive mistakes.
