This course is designed to help those who are preparing for a leadership roles in the organisation. The course prepares the individual for the kinds of responsibilities required for success in the role. The course explains and provides practice opportunities for thinking and conversing at higher strategic levels. While it won’t quite let the participants hit the ground running, it will prepare them for executive language and concerns.
