Organisation Resilience
Low organisation resilience means there is limited ability for the organisation as a whole, or the members within it, to bounce back from the stress caused by hard external or internal knocks. Organisational knocks are managed better when there is organisational resilience.
Resilience at organisational level is assessed by looking at reactions and responses to setbacks, and by looking at systematised response mechanisms currently in place. We can assist organisations develop better and earlier response mechanisms, thereby lifting resilience.
