What is this workshop about?

This one-day workshop is designed to help your newly appointed managers and supervisors to discover the skills they already have in managing and supervising – and to identify those they will need to develop to be a professional manager.  With topics ranging from time management for themselves to managing their team’s performance, this workshop is a great introduction to the challenges of supervising people and organising tasks.  Your new managers will gain from practical opportunities to develop key skills in communicating, giving and receiving feedback and dealing with potential conflict in the workplace.
