Large organisations
Large organisations already have internal members active in HR, and quite likely also in Training & Development and Change management. Some organisations have outsourced some or all these responsibilities. We provide our particular sets of expertise to the organisation and usually work with those internal people.
We have worked at executive, management, and non-management levels with large organisations in government, private industry, and non profit areas. We run training workshops that have been tailored to needs of the organisation, using internal case studies, documents, templates and so on. Our efforts are highly relevant to the problems, challenges and opportunities faced by employees in that organisation
