What is this workshop about?
There are many different types of interviews – job interviews, discipline interviews, performance appraisal interviews and exit interviews. Learning and practicing key interviewing skills with current staff and prospective staff can make the difference in effective management. For any interview, you need to have a clear purpose, take time to plan and ensure that you keep to your objectives.
