Give and Receive Feedback

Recent polling shows that receiving feedback and recognition is in the top five job satisfaction factors for staff, yet research also shows that feedback is either nonexistent or ‘tick and flick’ in many organizations, and that this is mainly because skills in giving and receiving feedback are not well developed. This course explores attitudes, skills and knowledge of the feedback transaction for both the giver and receiver. Participants will have opportunities to test these on the day.
