What is this feedback workshop about?
Apart from the formal feedback opportunities provided during performance appraisals, good working relationships are built on honest and productive informal feedback – between supervisor and employee, between co-workers and between team members. This workshop focuses on skills in giving – and receiving informal feedback, both positive and constructive. It is a key skill for managers and team leaders and can be a major factor in achieving targets and goals – at the individual, unit or organisational level.
