Executive Team Meetings
Many executives find themselves in back-to-back meetings, with no time to act on decisions made in those meetings. This program is scheduled for 3 separate days held at fortnightly intervals. The program explores communication quality at a meeting and the processes used to manage the meeting. This program develops critically important skills and practices. The organisation WILL benefit from executives engaging in this program.

Any executive team that feels that meetings could improve. That probably means almost all executive teams. Many meetings get sidetracked or private agendas are allowed to bushwhack the focus.
