Executive Team Effectiveness

This course is a companion to Evaluating Executive Performance in that this course is more about the effectiveness of the team as a group rather than individual performances. Because the executive team is responsible for strategic, operational and functional decisions the guide the organisation, and engage in behaviours that see to the faithful implementation of those decisions, this course explores those decision processes and behaviours. The course approaches from a helicopter view that explores ‘what’ is needed to be effective and how to assess. The assessment exposes development opportunities where other more specific courses and programs may help with desired skills and practices.
