Evaluating Performance

Executive performance is a difficult topic to tackle because it is going to differ by situation and the expectations of the industry, the Board if it exists, the CEO, and acquired culture. There are, however, universal expectations of today’s executives. This course helps executives map out the required performance behaviours and standards, how they can be measured, procedures for assessment and purpose of assessment.
