Decisive Meetings

Our programs are research-based, results-driven, people-friendly

Meetings play a big part in organisational life – but poor meetings lead to poor outcomes and wasted time.  This workshop introduces simple but powerful tools for making meetings twice as productive in half the time.

Objectives

At the end of the workshop, delegates will be able to use key steps to prepare for and manage a meeting. They will be able to identify multiple agendas and map topic development. Delegates will have experienced using the tools in several practice meetings. They will have analysed the initial real meeting and have planned, engaged in and reviewed a repeat of that meeting. Delegates will develop their own action plans for the ‘extra mile’ times (see below) when they will be applying the skills and demonstrating measurable changes in meeting efficiency and effectiveness.

Who would benefit?

Managers and supervisors who are involved in meetings, particularly those who need to manage projects and teams through regular and structured meetings. This workshop would be invaluable in your organisation if you are implementing quality systems or ‘lean’ processes or undertaking systemic change.

All workshops are customized for the particular needs of the organization, so we list general topics and adapt the workshop to suit your requirements.
