What is this workshop about?
Not all conflict is bad. Creative conflict is needed for group or organisational performance. Ideas emerge from healthy debate and discussion and enable the group to outperform the sum of the individuals. Without conflict there may be groupthink that limits group effectiveness and reduces organisational learning. However, dysfunctional conflict affects the ability of people to work together, causes personal stress and reduces organisational effectiveness. This workshop is focused on identifying the causes of conflict in the workplace and developing participants skills in resolving that conflict.

Everyone who interacts with other people in the workplace and sometimes is affected by conflict, either personally or in a team situation.
