Conflict Management

Conflict is present in all organisations. Indeed it is necessary for growth. There can be no change or development without conflict. It can be called good conflict versus bad conflict. Conflict Management is more than just conflict resolution in that resolution refers to settling bad conflict, while management attempts to promote good conflict and minimise opportunities for bad conflict. Conflict Management is the ‘big picture’ about conflict.

This course offers a variety of practical learning opportunities for participants to develop skills in identifying opportunities for both good and bad conflict, making appropriate decisions, and acting on those decisions

Who will benefit from Conflict Management

This course will provide valuable skills for people who are in an organisation that is troubled with conflict, right through to an organisation that needs ideas and development.
