What the communications workshop is about
Interaction in the workplace is all about communication – upwards, downwards, sideways, internal and external. If it is so important, why do we so often get it wrong? This workshop is about understanding how we and others communicate and developing skills in communicating to get the response we want. Frequently we say “it was a communication breakdown” or, “they just didn’t communicate with each other”. This workshop can change all that – in your workplace.
