Assertiveness - intro
This brief introductory course provides participants with guidelines for standing up for themselves without violating the rights of other people. You will develop confidence and understand the impact of the assertive style in defusing problem situations. Assertive behaviour enables you to talk about your needs or ideas and the outcome you would prefer, without arousing defensiveness in the person or group addressed.
