What is this workshop about?

Writing is not only a critical skills for the workplace, but the complexity of writing tasks has increased.  At the same time, we are more aware of issues in terms of public rights to information and potential consequences of impulsive emails or inappropriate letters.  This workshop focuses on both these aspects of business writing.  We look at advanced writing skills and ways to avoid unintended consequences of correspondence.
